Requirements
- Education: Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience working with conflict-affected and traumatized populations.
- Skills: Clinical supervision, program development, leadership, and cultural competency.
- Attributes: Client-centered approach, adaptability, and a passion for innovation in mental healthcare.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Al and other relevant toots.

Clinical Leadership
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and support to MHPSS staff in Kenya and Uganda.
- Develop and monitor clinical quality standards for MHPSS programs ensuring ethical and high-quality care.
- Partner with teams to enhance treatment planning, documentation, and case management practices.
Program Development
- Support the design and growth of MHPSS initiatives, including our peer-to-peer Caring for Carers (C4C) program.
- Collaborate on proposals and research to expand the reach and impact of our MHPSS services.
- Represent HealthRight in MHPSS technical meetings and forums.
Grants and Compliance
- Assist with grant management, reporting, and
- compliance to ensure the successful delivery of funded programs.
Advocacy and Visibility
- Advocate for client rights, confidentiality, and access to mental health services.
- Represent HealthRight at national and international events to promote our vision and achievements.
