Job Description/Requirements
- Communication: Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information
- Scheduling: Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Document preparation: Creating, editing, and distributing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Supplies: Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Record keeping: Maintaining contact lists, minutes of meetings, and expense reports
- Equipment maintenance: Ensuring equipment is operating properly through preventive maintenance and repairs
- Workflow: Analyzing and refining standard operating procedures to maintain workflow
- Training: Providing information, educational opportunities, and training
- Research: Compiling data and statistics to support research
- Visitor support: Greeting visitors, providing general support, and directing them to the appropriate person
