The Office Assistant is mainly responsible for supporting the daily operation of the office, performing basic administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth progress of the company's various businesses. This position requires good organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.

Job Description/Requirements
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation of the office, including document sorting, copying, printing, scanning and other clerical work.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of office materials to ensure the supply of daily office supplies.
- Assist in receiving visiting customers or suppliers, and be responsible for answering and transferring office calls.
- Assist in organizing company meetings and other activities, including booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office and coordinate the work of the cleaning staff.
- Handle the sending and receiving of company emails and the filing management of documents.
- Support the administrative team to complete other required tasks, such as travel arrangements, schedule management, etc.
- Assist the financial team in handling simple financial paperwork, such as receipt management, expense report sorting, etc.
Requirements:
- Have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with team members and external customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and work effectively under pressure.
- Basic financial paperwork skills preferred.
- Education requirements: High school or equivalent, with relevant experience preferred.
