Job Purpose:

Officer Literature Bureau: Oversee the development,production and publication of scientific terms inUgandan languages.

Qualifications – Officer Literature Bureau

1) Master’s Degree in Linguistics or Translation Studies from a recognisedinstitution.

2) Bachelor of Arts Degree in Linguistics, Languages or Translation Studiesfrom a recognised institution.

3) A qualification in education or teacher training is an added advantage.

4) Demonstrated experience in terminology development is an addedadvantage.

Work experience – Officer Literature Bureau

Must have a minimum of four (4) years’ work experience in developingcurriculum materials, terminology works and/or terminology publications.
