To make ensure that, the marketing department achieves its corporate objectives and makes the best use of the all company resources under department’s jurisdictions. Directly support the CAMs and other team members in answering, attending and solving all customer/distributors’ concerns.
·Provide direct support to CAMs while executing company duties and responsibilities.
·Assist all company distributors by providing them with necessary information and promotional materials to enable them achieve the very best.
·Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.
·Make event records, report to the management and also handle public issues relating to the company.
·Engage directly in the marketing strategies for the company in line with Bf Suma and Managing of activities within the company’s objective range.
·Engage directly in Customer Care Duties, including resolving distributors’ complaints, addressing clients concerns and explaining to them the company or shop policies.
·Organize, coordinate seminars, develop and update all the Power Points and distribute to different shop owners and trainers.
·Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
·Monitoring adherence to all marketing policies and processes established to guide marketing department.
Directly engage in the distribution of promotion materials to the identified distributer
