Job Purpose: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the park, including admissions, attractions, events, and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, creating work schedules and conducting performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Monitor the condition of park facilities and equipment, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in developing operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Address visitor inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
