Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and coordinate loan issuance and collections, ensuring achievement of disbursement and recovery targets.
- Ensure compliance with loan requirements in collaboration with the Loans Committee and oversee the accurate uploading of loan documents to the system.
- Coordinate activities related to accounts and audits in liaison with the audit firm and address any arising issues effectively.
- Supervise operations at the branches to meet loan disbursement and collection objectives.
- Organize staff meetings, training, and appraisals for both the head office and branches, ensuring adherence to performance objectives.
- Coordinate board activities, prepare board reports, and monitor implementation of resolutions and action points.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, loan tracking, or related roles, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
