Job Summary

The Personal Assistant will ensure proper flow of office procedures, and support the general manager by carrying out common office duties, maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.

  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

  • The ideal candidate for the position should preferably hold a first-class or second-class upper Degree in any business-related field
  • Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills;
  • Multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong Attention to Detail;
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skill
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information;
