 Responsible for designing. implementing monitoring and evaluating research programs projects. functions and policies within the organisation.

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Applicants should hold a bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics.
  
• Applicants should possess a Post-graduate Diploma in Monitoring at evaluation
  
• Applicants should provide evidence of expertise in operating statistical applications notably E-views Epi-data, Epi-info, STATA, and SPSS.
  
• A Master’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation. MBA or Economics is an added advantage
  
• Applicants must have at least 3 years of practical working experience in monitoring and evaluating research and development projects.
  
• Age limit: Applicants should not be more than 40 years of age
