Minimum Qualifications:

  • An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Public Administration.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in administration or management is an advantage.
  • At least six (6) years of relevant experience, three (3) at senior level.


  • Overseeing implementation of government programs and policies.
  • Supervising Assistant Secretaries and administrative staff.
  • Managing departmental planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensuring records management and service delivery standards.
