- An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Public Administration.
- Postgraduate qualifications in administration or management is an advantage.
- At least six (6) years of relevant experience, three (3) at senior level.
- Overseeing implementation of government programs and policies.
- Supervising Assistant Secretaries and administrative staff.
- Managing departmental planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensuring records management and service delivery standards.
