Job Description/Requirements
· Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
· Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of quality goods and services.
· Establish and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize value.
· Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and donor requirements.
· Coordinate with finance and program teams to forecast procurement needs.
· Monitor contract performance and ensure supplier compliance.
· Maintain accurate procurement records and generate periodic reports.
