Job Description/Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and streamlining operations for businesses in trading, mentorship, digital marketing, and creative projects.
- Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Establishing and maintaining systems, tools, and workflows to optimize productivity.
- Collaborating with the Founder to execute strategic initiatives.
- Providing regular updates and reports on progress and challenges.
- Handling vendor and client relationships across various ventures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or business coordination.
- Familiarity with Forex trading, financial markets, and digital marketing.
- Proficient in project management tools like Asana, or similar.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Available for occasional travel and flexible to work across time zones.
