Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
2. Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
3. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
4. Monitor and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
6. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
7. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities.
8. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
9. Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in capital raising, call centre, investment banking or private equity
3. Proven track record of successfully raising capital and managing investor relationships.
4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
7. Proficiency in using financial software and CRM systems.
