Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Qualification: Vocational training, college degree/diploma
Experience:
- A Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable project clerical experience.
- Documentation experience a plus, working knowledge of SAP.
- Understand Corporate processes and requirements within his/her perimeter in order to ease the implementation of processes within the Project Group.
- High attention to detail and accuracy. Should be self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, oral and written. Effective at managing multiple priorities under a tight deadline.
- Provide support in the pre-qualification and management of Technical Assistance Service Companies
- Manage the CFT and Call off process for Technical Assistance Services agreements, accordance with the Project schedule requirements, in accordance with Project rules and procedures and within the frame of signed Frame Contracts.
- Create POs in SAP, maintaining documentation and close out, provide administrative assistance to the Contract team on the other contracts.
- Provide support to Cost Control and Services Leader in the verification of timesheets / over time sheets.
- Provide support to Services Leader in Contractor provided supporting Certificates.
- Maintain various project documentation.
- Regularly report to the Project Services leader, highlighting progress and encountered areas of concern.
- Participate in and support project activities, including coordination of events, communication and other project related activities as assigned and in conjunction with relevant entities within TEPU.
- Perform other clerical and of documentation activities are requested.
