As a Reception Assistant at Travel Zone Tours, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be a key contributor to creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Operations
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
2. Customer Service
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist clients with bookings, changes, and cancellations.
3. Administrative Support
- Manage appointment schedules and update the calendar for meetings and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of travel itineraries and documentation.
4. Coordination
- Liaise with the operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support internal communication and information flow between departments.
5. General Duties
- Monitor and manage office supplies for the reception area.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality where required.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
