Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the institute, providing professional and friendly service to visitors, students, and staff. This role also supports the administration team with clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and students, answer questions and provide information about the institute and its programs.
- Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, transferring calls, taking messages and handling general inquiries.
- Keep the reception areas clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, maintaining logs, and handling mail and deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate in Secretarial Studies or Customer Service.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks in a calm and efficient manner.
