Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our motorcycle sales team across a western Uganda. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the motorcycle or automotive industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all dealerships in the region.


 Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve regional sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Dealer Network Management: Foster strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring they adhere to company standards, including visual identity, retail standards, and customer care.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting products and services effectively. Requirements: Industry 


Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
  • Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead a team to success and drive sales growth.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and trends.
