Job Purpose:
The Regional Sales Supervisor will oversee the sales operations within their assigned region, ensuring sales targets are achieved or exceeded. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, team leadership, and field execution to promote 7 Days products, strengthen customer relationships, and grow market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Supervise and motivate the regional sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.
Implement sales strategies and promotional plans aligned with the company's goals.
Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Market Development:
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, Supermarkets, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
Team Management:
Train and develop sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
Schedule and coordinate regular team meetings and training sessions.
Manage and resolve challenges within the team effectively.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for the Sales Manager.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on sales data analysis.
Monitor and manage regional budgets effectively.
Customer Engagement:
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across the region.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or a related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
