Job Description/Requirements
Sales Leadership:
- Supervise and motivate the regional sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional plans aligned with the company’s goals.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Market Development:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, Supermarkets, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
Team Management:
- Train and develop sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
- Schedule and coordinate regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Manage and resolve challenges within the team effectively.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for the Sales Manager.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on sales data analysis.
- Monitor and manage regional budgets effectively.
Customer Engagement:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across the region.
