Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Remote Sales Executives to join our team. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity with a commission-based compensation model and a 2- month probation period. Successful candidates will receive a retainer in addition to commission upon confirmation.
As a Remote Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by executing all aspects of sales, including:
- Lead Generation
- Sales Development
- Sales Pitching
- Digital Marketing
- Business Development
- Marketing and Promotions
You will report to the Sales Supervisor and submit bi-weekly sales reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and sales strategies.
- Pitch Muyobo Consult’s diverse services to prospective clients and close sales deals effectively.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within specified timelines.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience:
- Extensive, verifiable experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Age Requirement: 21–35 years.
