Remote Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement on YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee content creation, curation, and scheduling to ensure alignment with the brand’s voice, values, and audience interests.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online conversations to build a loyal community.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Collaborate with other departments to align social media campaigns with broader marketing and business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation for YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of audience engagement tactics, content strategy, and social media analytics.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a creative approach.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media advertising and sponsored content.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.

Salary:

• Starting salary: $150 per month, with salary increments every 3 months (Quarterly Review).
