As DOT Glasses transitions from a start-up to a scale-up, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Accounts Manager to join our team and help guide our growth. Together, we can make a significant impact on global eye care and improve the lives of millions.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Objectives of the Role;

    ·       Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how DOT Glasses' innovative solutions can enhance their objectives.

    ·       Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

    ·       Maintain and strengthen relationships with key distributors and stakeholders.

    ·       Support distributors in boosting their sales and expanding distribution networks.

    ·       Train and onboard new distributors to ensure they are equipped for success.

    ·       Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.

    ·       Manage the entire order process, including generating quotes, processing orders, and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of products.

    ·       Represent and promote the DOT Glasses brand in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

    ·       Maintain and update CRM tools to ensure data accuracy.

    ·       Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

     

    Responsibilities of the Role;

    ·       Drive sales by leveraging strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with people.

    ·       Solve problems creatively and develop effective solutions to challenges.

    ·       Contribute to the transformation of the eye care industry, bringing essential services to underserved populations.

    ·       Travel frequently to engage with diverse and remote communities.

    ·       Embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth in a dynamic, fast-growing scale-up environment.

    ·       Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.

    ·       Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them

    ·       Manage the month-end and year-end close processes


    Required Skills and Qualifications;


    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

    ·       Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales roles, ideally within the medical field.

    ·       Demonstrated experience in account management.

    ·       Experience in providing training and onboarding for clients or partners.

    ·       Understanding of rural communities and the challenges they face.

    ·       B2C sales experience, preferably in low-income communities

    ·       Experience in selling disruptive technologies or innovative medical devices is highly desirable.

    ·       Experience working with medium to large NGOs.

    ·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
