Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Support:

  • Attend to customers in the shop, make online videos on social media by providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Handle inquiries related to solar cameras, CCTV systems, electrical equipment, and solar materials.
  • Create winning sales strategies that stand out of competition
  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and receipts for customers.
  • Meet monthly sales targets by effectively promoting company products.
  • Maintain an organized and attractive product display in the shop.


Field Installations and Maintenance:

  • Assist in the installation and configuration of solar cameras, general CCTV systems, and solar materials.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues at client sites.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage.


Inventory and Reporting:

  • Monitor and manage shop inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Record and report daily sales and installation activities to the supervisor.
  • Assist in ordering and restocking inventory when necessary.


General Duties:

  • Ensure the shop and workspaces are clean, organized, and functional.
  • Support other departments when necessary, including deliveries and logistical tasks.
  • Follow company policies and safety protocols during installations and customer interactions.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Diploma or certificate in electrical engineering, sales and marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, technical installations, or a similar role is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of solar technology, CCTV systems, and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers for inventory, invoicing, and reporting.
  • A valid driver’s license or motorcycle riding permit is an added advantage.
