Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Support:
- Attend to customers in the shop, make online videos on social media by providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
- Handle inquiries related to solar cameras, CCTV systems, electrical equipment, and solar materials.
- Create winning sales strategies that stand out of competition
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and receipts for customers.
- Meet monthly sales targets by effectively promoting company products.
- Maintain an organized and attractive product display in the shop.
Field Installations and Maintenance:
- Assist in the installation and configuration of solar cameras, general CCTV systems, and solar materials.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues at client sites.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage.
Inventory and Reporting:
- Monitor and manage shop inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Record and report daily sales and installation activities to the supervisor.
- Assist in ordering and restocking inventory when necessary.
General Duties:
- Ensure the shop and workspaces are clean, organized, and functional.
- Support other departments when necessary, including deliveries and logistical tasks.
- Follow company policies and safety protocols during installations and customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Diploma or certificate in electrical engineering, sales and marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, technical installations, or a similar role is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar technology, CCTV systems, and electrical equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers for inventory, invoicing, and reporting.
- A valid driver’s license or motorcycle riding permit is an added advantage.
