Job Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role involves engaging with customers, analyzing market trends, and coordinating marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Actively pursue new sales leads through aggressive networking and outreach.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
• Establish rapport with potential clients to build long-term relationships.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience of over 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
