Sales and Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction industry to increase sales and revenue.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Organize and attend meetings with clients, presenting products and services to address their requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
• Coordinate with the operations and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction products, services, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
