We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our Sales and Marketing team in Kampala.


Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products/services to potential clients.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Implement and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage social media and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A Valid Ugandan National ID.
  • Basic Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
