Job Description:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and meeting customer needs through effective sales of our premium heavy-duty machinery, including trucks, excavators, and motor graders. The role includes managing relationships with new and existing customers, generating sales leads, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy-duty machinery sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Promote and sell Leceny Equipment Ltd’s machinery, ensuring customers receive the best value.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the heavy equipment or automotive sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy-duty machinery, trucks, and the sales process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
