Responsibilities
- Develop relationship with influencer communities of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Civil/Structural Engineers, Contracting Community and Key End-users (like Govt. Agencies, Foreign Investors, Export entities/ clients etc)
- Develop a Certified Influencer Pool (like Dealers, Contractors, Architects, QS, Civil/Structural engineers etc through whom Roofings Group products can be marketed and sold.
- Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain Roofings Group products or services to customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
- Develop and manage new building solutions sales within existing and new channels ensuring delivery of monthly volume targets for the steel building solutions.
- Help customers by recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
- Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Prepare weekly/monthly report on project pipeline/inquiry status/won order/lost orders analysis etc.
- Any other duty as may be assigned.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree in civil/ Architectural/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Experience in sales and marketing
- 3 years relevant working experience in project sales of industrial products/solutions, Structural Steel, Roofing & allied building component.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
