We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, building long-lasting customer relationships, and achieving personal and team sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Job Description:
  1. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  2. Conducting market research and identifying potential clients for the project.
  3. Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
  4. Evaluate customer's needs & build long-lasting client relationships
  5. Forecast sales, generate ‘out of the box’ sale methodologies and evaluate their effectiveness
  6. Meet personal and team sales targets & generate daily as well as monthly sales reports
  7. Provide feedback to senior management with the help of statistics
  8. Expand and maintain client database within the particular territory
  9. Working closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the sales.
  10. Collecting and maintaining client information in the drive & database.
  11. Developing and implementing project strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing course data to inform or suggest implementation strategies as per filed sales response. 
  12. Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
  13. Confident in building sales presentations and proposals for clients

Desired Candidate Profile/ Required Experience & Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field
  2. Proven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative or a similar role, minimum 3 years of previous experience. 
  3. Candidates having a high school diploma with relevant experience will also be considered
  4. Exceptional customer service skills & Track record of achieving allowed sales quota
  5. Know-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline management
  6. Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
  7. Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented person, Attention to detail.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Strong multi-tasking skills;
  10. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
