Job Description/Requirements
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients for the project.
- Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Evaluate customer's needs & build long-lasting client relationships
- Forecast sales, generate ‘out of the box’ sale methodologies and evaluate their effectiveness
- Meet personal and team sales targets & generate daily as well as monthly sales reports
- Provide feedback to senior management with the help of statistics
- Expand and maintain client database within the particular territory
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the sales.
- Collecting and maintaining client information in the drive & database.
- Developing and implementing project strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing course data to inform or suggest implementation strategies as per filed sales response.
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
- Confident in building sales presentations and proposals for clients
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field
- Proven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative or a similar role, minimum 3 years of previous experience.
- Candidates having a high school diploma with relevant experience will also be considered
- Exceptional customer service skills & Track record of achieving allowed sales quota
- Know-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline management
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented person, Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
