Job Description:

The Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote Melita’s services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for travel and tourism is an added advantage.
