Employer Office location: Isingiro district with frequent travel to Kampala

Monthly Retainer: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Academic Qualification

• Degree in any business-related course.

Working experience

• Two to three years of working experience in sales.

Responsibilities for Sales and Marketing Officer

• Prospect and close business for the hotel.
• Popularize the services offered by the hotel in the community  in view of increasing client flow to the hotel.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, online messages, stand banners etc..
• Carry out market research and market segmentation to tailor each category with appropriate messages.
• Publicize the hotel services with aim of making Golden Crane Hotel & Resort the preferred destination of clients in the region. 
• Liaise with institutions and organizations in the hospitality industry to leverage our position.
• Carry out online marketing for Golden Crane Hotel & Resort services

Qualifications for Sales and Marketing Officer

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Confident and charismatic approach to people
• Basic IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
