Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting bridal and fashion wear while providing expert advice on styles, fabrics, and fittings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.
• Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities and establish partnerships with event planners, wedding vendors, and corporate clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of bridal and fashion trends.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Manage customer records and sales data using computer software.
• Assist in visual merchandising to enhance the store’s appeal.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion, business administration, or marketing.
• At least a Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, POS systems, and online sales tools).
• Ability to work both in the store and in the field as required.
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for fashion and sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
