Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting bridal and fashion wear while providing expert advice on styles, fabrics, and fittings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.
- Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities and establish partnerships with event planners, wedding vendors, and corporate clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of bridal and fashion trends.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Manage customer records and sales data using computer software.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance the store’s appeal.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion, business administration, or marketing.
- At least a Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, POS systems, and online sales tools).
- Ability to work both in the store and in the field as required.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for fashion and sales.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
