AGROSAHAS INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED was established in 2020, we supply organic, natural, and whole food products including livestock and Poultry feeds and Concentrates (feed factory). We are highly committed to be the leading Agri-business Company in the world known for quality products and best service delivery to customers second to none. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated
SALES OFFICER to join our team so to manage Posho, Edible Oils, and Feeds & Concentrates.
MAIN ROLES:
- Managing Sales targets of the company products
- Devising sales strategies that support productivity and higher sales.
- Developing and implementing sales strategy: Setting objectives, targets, and strategies for the team or department
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance: Tracking metrics, trends, and sales performance
- Managing sales budget, resources, and expenses: Ensuring that these are managed in accordance with company policies
- Establishing and maintaining relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Negotiating contracts and deals: Working with customers, partners, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and deals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Social Work or Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Great view of Database Management and CRM Systems
- High insight on Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Skills in Event Planning and Management
- Digital Marketing
- Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
