Sales Representative

As a Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for promoting our travel packages, assisting clients in choosing the right tours, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

• Sales Generation: Promote and sell tour packages, travel services, and products to customers. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

• Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients regarding travel destinations, packages, accommodations, transportation, and other related services. Understand customers' needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offerings, including popular destinations, tours, pricing, and promotions. Stay updated on travel trends and competitive products.

• Lead Management: Follow up with potential clients, manage leads, and convert them into bookings. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings, payments, cancellations, or special requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring company goals are consistently met.

• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and transactions in the company’s CRM system. Process bookings, payments, and necessary documentation for travel services.
