Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Representative with a medicine background to sell Stre@mline I.T systems to health Facilities in Uganda, Kenya and Malawi and provide strategic insights to drive hospital I.T. adoption on a large scale. We believe that data saves lives and that is our ultimate goal.

- You will be involved in client acquisition, activation, revenue generation and achieving referrals for Stre@mline products and services
- You will work with a team to achieve set targets
- You will participate in the promotion of Stre@mline products and services to generate leads
- You will do business development for select clients
- You will present and demo Stre@mline to clients
- You will provide exceptional client support to Stre@mline clients
- You will collect feedback from customers and the market that feeds into our continuous innovation processes
- You will maintain client records
- You will respond to the client’s questions on price, payment modes and such.
- You will prepare weekly sales reports
- Degree/ Diploma in nursing, laboratory science, medicine or related profession. Experience with consultative sales processes Should demonstrate initiative in previous engagements Excellent communication skills Technology savvy with a clear understanding of how information systems operate Excellent interpersonal skills

- You will undergo 3 months of probation training at the Stre@mline office in Kampala to master the Stre@mline products and our sales processes
- You will then be confirmed upon completing the probation period.
