Job Description/Requirements

Job Purpose:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join FULUSI LIMITED. Your primary role will be to drive the sales of the Pearl Energy App and WESGAS App by promoting the purchase and refill of cooking gas brands, stoves, and electric pressure cookers. This commission-based position is key to expanding our customer base and increasing market share in the energy solutions industry. You will help provide last-mile energy access to households in Uganda.


Company Background:

Established in 2007, FULUSI LIMITED operates within the energy sector, specializing in providing clean energy solutions. Our flagship product, Pearl Energy, is Uganda’s number one online marketplace for the purchase and refill of all cooking gas brands. We also sell stoves and electric pressure cookers, empowering customers with efficient and affordable energy products. The WESGAS App further enhances our customer outreach, making clean energy accessible to all.


Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Pearl Energy and WESGAS products to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of clean energy products and how to use the apps for convenience.
  • Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the sales team.
  • Represent the company in promotional events and marketing activities.


Job type: Commission-Based (Full-Time/Part-Time)


Candidate Specification:

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Work Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, especially in the energy or mobile app industry.


Critical Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with clients.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of mobile applications.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
