JOB DESCRIPATION:
• Develop B2B clientele including construction firms, interior decorators, and project contractors (Minimum 50 new accounts annually)
• Conduct market analysis with monthly competitor intelligence reports
• Execute regional sales strategies with 8-10 field visits per month
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field
- 2+ years proven B2B sales experience (construction materials/paints industry preferred)
- Valid driver's license with 60% regional travel commitment
- Business English proficiency (TOEIC 750+/IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
- Technical aptitude in paint product specifications and application
