Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Sales

Identify and nurture leads via online inquiries, referrals, and social media.

● Assist clients in placing orders via our website and provide WhatsApp & phone sales support.

● Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting businesses.


Customer Relationship Management

● Build and maintain strong client relationships.

● Provide personalized sales support and timely follow-ups.

● Gather customer feedback to enhance products and services.


Business Development & Account Management

Identify and secure partnerships with corporate clients.

● Maintain a client database and track interactions.

● Negotiate contracts and represent the company at industry events.


Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain sales records and analyze trends.

● Prepare reports on sales performance and lead conversions.


Qualifications & Skills

● 2+ years in sales, business development, or customer support (e-commerce/B2B sales experience is a plus).

● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Tech-savvy: Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.

● Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
