Sales Team Leader

Job Summary: We are recruiting Sales Team Leads for an Insurance company.

Job Duties

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of sales leads through networking, referrals, and other prospecting techniques.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans tailored to the insurance market.
• Organize and conduct client meetings to present and explain insurance products, highlighting their benefits and value.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Monitor and analyze sales team performance, preparing regular reports for management.
• Coordinate sales campaigns and promotions to boost product awareness and sales.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to remain competitive.
• Handle client inquiries, objections, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree from a recognized institution (a business-related course is an added advantage).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with a persuasive ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Highly self-driven and motivated, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
