Job Description/Requirements

Job Purpose:

To provide leadership and coordination of administrative and managerial functions at Sub-county or Departmental level.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or Law.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Public Administration or Management is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in public administration or local governance.


  • Supervising administrative staff and operations.
  • Coordinating implementation of government policies and programs.
  • Managing council meetings, records, and communications.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and service delivery standards.
