Job Purpose:
To provide leadership and coordination of administrative and managerial functions at Sub-county or Departmental level.
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or Law.
- Postgraduate qualification in Public Administration or Management is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of working experience in public administration or local governance.
- Supervising administrative staff and operations.
- Coordinating implementation of government policies and programs.
- Managing council meetings, records, and communications.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and service delivery standards.
