We are seeking highly experienced and passionate individuals to join our team in a full-time position of Senior Project Architect, based in East Africa.
As a senior member of our Kampala office the Senior Architect will be a self‐starting experienced job runner and project administrator with strong project management skills with responsibility for managing and supporting design teams on a day‐to‐day basis whilst running a number of high-profile architectural projects in Uganda and the wider region from inception through to completion. The successful applicant will support the directors in the day-to-day office management as well as commercial decision making, strategy, and future planning of the business.
This is a senior career appointment with potential elevation to Associate Level - Suitable applicants will be dynamic and self-motivated, professionally qualified and registered architects, with strong technical, communication, and management skills required of a client-facing and design team leadership role, including a desire to lead the management oversight and development of FBW's in-house architectural team.
