Job Description/Requirements
Job Purpose:
To manage and coordinate education services at the district level, ensuring quality assurance and effective delivery of education programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Education Management or Planning is an added advantage.
- At least six (6) years of experience in the teaching profession, with at least three (3) at a supervisory level.
- Supervising and appraising education staff in schools.
- Monitoring implementation of education policies and programs.
- Ensuring proper record keeping and reporting by schools.
- Supporting school inspections and performance improvement strategies.
