Other Essential Qualifications

1. PhD in literary and Cultural studies.
   
2. A minimum of five (5) years of proven research.
   
3. A minimum of six (6) new publications in refereed journals and book chapters.
   
4. Ten (10) research reports.
   

1. Publish at least two Articles per year;
   
2. Teach MISR graduate courses and the 3rd Year PhD Colloquium;
   
3. Give at least one Research Seminar a year;
   
4. Participate in planning a MISR workshop and book publication annually;
   
5. Participate in planning and carrying out MISR core Research Projects;
   
6. Participation in writing and at least one policy brief annually in the area of specialization;
   
7. Prepare and submit an Annual activity Report;
   
8. Actively participate in service to the Institute and University;
   
9. Participate in workshops run by the Institute;
   
10. Supervision of Students to completion;
    
11. And any other related duties as may be assigned by the Director.
