ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Solution Architect (TMS – Transportation Management System) will be responsible to work with global functional and technical teams under various customer engagements to gather and understand the technical / functional reported issues/problems and drive towards solutions and fixes.

You will work with global customers/stakeholders to rollout, support our designed products / solutions to efficiently satisfy business requirements, while balancing complexity to ensure processes are supportable and meet customer satisfaction.

You should be passionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written.

Job Responsibilities:

As part of our Professional Services team you will deliver flawless application support to global E2open customers by resolving complex solution issues. Work on resolution of solution issues in collaboration with multiple E2open and customer stakeholders. Conduct business and technical design workshops around our customers’ complex global Supply Chain processes to create highly scalable and sustainable solutions Synthesize customer’s business requirements to create clear and comprehensive use cases and solution design documentation Perform fit gap analysis between E2open cloud product functionality and the client’s requirements Capture and share best practice knowledge among E2open Professional Services community

Qualifications:

3+ years working in Supply Chain-related or SaaS-related field in increasingly responsible roles including implementing complex solutions in an enterprise customer environment Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics and industry best practices. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle and/or other ERP systems Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, Master’s degree a plus Ability to produce professional quality documentation. Previous experience implementing software using a software development lifecycle (SDLC) implementation model Supply chain certification a plus.
