We are looking to employ a qualified and competent health and safety officer responsible for the health and safety of staff in the workplace. The Health and safety officer will compile safety programs and standardise them to remain consistent and share best practice techniques at regular staff meetings.

Feed supervisor in charge of grow out hence works with other feed supervisors to have smooth operation of fish larval production leading to production of high-quality fingerings with proper growth and health.

Be involved in general management and carrying out of the day today activities of the hatchery to ensure proper and efficient fry collection, nursing and broodstock care with good survival and growth. The target goals are to decrease mortalities to less than 5%, and complete all transfers before 12 noon

Responsible for feeding fish and achieving a target size with maximum growth and Survival rates.

Net Deployment general worker is responsible for setting nets into cages, removing nets from cages and making net exchange and ensuring that nets are handled with care during deployment.

The General Worker-Average Body Weight is responsible for sampling fish, accurately counting samples on a daily basis as well as handling fish with care.

Responsible for Cutting, splicing ropes, fixing and joining Nets.

To contribute to our team by ensuring sanitation and cooking facilities are well maintained as well as making sure that the customers are comfortable.
