Job Summary:
The position holder is responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of the company’s software with the respective external software, Installation of Application & Databases and ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational workflow for multiple concepts, users, and service models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of Oracle and other Application & Database solutions which includes.
- Opera/Suite8/Res 3700/Simphony/MC/SUN
- Interfacing of the solutions
- Configuration of the cloud system
- Configuration of the on-premises system
- Database and Application upgrades and migrations
- Training the internal team on the Application setup, use, and integration of the product
- Execution of online and site demos to ensure clients are well trained on and understand the product.
- Create audit reports on system logs.
- Preparing detailed reports regarding product/system activity
Education/Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
- Experience with programming language (SQL, Oracle & Java) is an added advantage
- At least 5 years in a similar role
- Ability to think creatively, excellent analytical and organizational skills, time and project management skills
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Familiarity with latest industry trends and innovations
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
