Job Description/Requirements
- Manage all mechanical stores activities, including receiving, storing and issuing spares
- Coordinating with the maintenance department on their daily requirements and issuing spare parts daily
- Preparing and updating daily reports on mechanical stores components
- Reconciling daily, weekly and monthly physical stock, bin cards and SAP mechanical stores inventory to ensure all stock is balanced
- Prepare goods received notes and ensure that they are received by the inventory account with correct corresponding documents
- In- Charge of all stock taking exercise in the mechanical stores
- Arranging mechanical spare parts and consumables in a consistent manner to avoid mix ups and incorrect stock reporting
- Compliance and control by adhering to company policies and procedures
