As part of our salon, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized services.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for clients.
- Provide haircuts, trims, and hairstyles tailored to client preferences. Create styles ranging from classic to modern, including updos, braids, and curls.
- Perform hair care services such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp treatments to enhance hair health.
- Schedule and manage appointments effectively.
- Discuss hairstyle options, assess hair conditions, and recommend treatments and styles that suit the client’s face shape, lifestyle, and needs.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive salon environment.
- Apply coloring techniques such as highlights, balayage, ombre, and full dye applications while ensuring the client’s safety and satisfaction.
- Advise clients on hair care routines and suggest suitable products to maintain their hairstyles.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in hair fashion, styling tools, and haircare products to meet customer expectations.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all hairstyling equipment in compliance with salon standards and health regulations.
- Work closely with other salon staff to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
