Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach students of all levels basic and advanced swimming techniques.
- Develop structured lesson plans to improve students’ swimming abilities.
- Ensure the safety of students in and around the swimming pool by enforcing pool rules.
- Conduct assessments to track student progress and provide feedback.
- Organize and train students for swimming competitions and extracurricular activities.
- Provide first aid and emergency response when necessary.
- Maintain pool hygiene and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Encourage students to develop confidence and discipline in swimming.
- Work closely with school management, parents, and other staff to support student development.
- Keep records of student participation, attendance, and achievements.
Requirements:
- Certification in Swimming Coaching or Lifeguarding.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching or teaching swimming.
