This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Support with manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating salaries, and conducting background checks.
- Collaborate with recruiting HR officials to support seamless onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Manatal is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
